Share Your Needs
The client submits product specs, budget, and timeline via our online form.
Source with Shika then proceeds to conduct a discovery call to clarify the client's goals.
Supply Match
We first check with our Existing Verified Supplier List to match the client's needs with a reliable supplier. Should we not readily have a matching supplier, we conduct thorough research to find one.
Sample Approval
We share the sample product(s) with the client and upon receiving confirmation from them, we proceed to approve the payment and contractual terms.
Production & QC
We conduct 3-stage inspections: raw materials, mid-production, and pre-shipment, particularly for bulk orders.
For smaller orders, we share visuals or arrange for live QC videos/photos with the client(s).
Delivery
Use third-party shipping agents if goods are not up to 10cbm or more.
Handle customs clearance in Ghana (GRA relations). This will be done for full container orders only.
The client reviews supplier performance and our service. This feedback is fed into our database.
